We have two program streams - School Transformation Program and Library Program.
School Transformation Program
School Leader development
Empower School leaders to run operationally excellent schools, develop their team and build strong relationships with the community.
Teacher development
Empower teachers with skills and opportunities to create holistic learning experiences for children and develop their own leadership.
Curriculum development
Create contextual, age-appropriate, holistic, high quality learning programs for all children. This includes designing as well as curation.
Parent Support
Empower parents to support and enable children's learning and development through consistent engagement with the school and its eco-system.
Infrastructure development
Enabling access to robust infrastructure ensuring safety and efficiency of learning programs for all children across schools.
Library Program
Reading is critical for language development. Children studying in rural India have limited access to resources that motivate them to read more. Hence, this program focuses on bringing alive the world of stories in the classroom and enabling language development and self-expression. We work with 5 primary government schools in the Cuddalore district.
